What to expect at your first visit

When you call to schedule your first visit, our New Patient Coordinator, Erin, will gather basic information from you. She will direct you on how to download forms from this website, fill them out completely and bring them with you to your appointment. Be sure to bring any previous x-rays. If you use a dental appliance of any kind (denture, partial, night guard) please bring it with you to your appointment.

Dr. Adams will meet with you in the consultation room to discuss your concerns and desires for your dental health.

Then one of our Certified Dental Assistants will chart your teeth and take the necessary x-rays for a complete diagnosis. Dr. Adams will then perform a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, bone and other oral structures. Photographs will be taken as they are very helpful in the diagnosis. A review of findings will be discussed and options considered to complete the appointment.

As our patient, you may expect:

A follow-up consultation with Dr. Adams to discuss your dental care.
A friendly, experienced staff that is happy to answer your questions.

Financial information/Insurance
We are happy to file your insurance for you. You are responsible for your bill at the time of service, and we will route the insurance reimbursement directly to you. There are some insurance companies that we are able to work with who will pay benefits to us. Our front office staff will discuss this with you. We need you to provide us complete insurance information (Responsible party's name, date of birth, social security number, employer's address, and insurance card) 24 hours in advance of any treatment appointments.

We are on your side to help you receive your maximum benefits from your insurance. This office offers numerous payment arrangements, including 0% interest payment plans.
